Had a great experience here! Was nervous as you might expect for a root canal, but the calm, competent atmosphere put me at ease. The process was explained clearly both before and during the procedure. Highly recommend, great professional services!

Madeleine, Dr. Adegoke, the assistant who took my X‑rays (I wish I had gotten her name), and the entire team went above and beyond to help me. I was in a lot of pain, and even though they were booked five days out, Madeleine still found a way to fit me in for an evaluation within an hour of my call. She truly cares about patients, could tell how much pain I was in, and understood how urgent the situation was. The front desk was warm and understanding, and both Dr. Adegoke and her assistant were incredibly kind. They explained everything clearly and gave me a prescription regimen that had me feeling relief later that same afternoon. They truly care about their patients at Bayside Endodontics. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs treatment. (I'm sorry if I'm spelling Madeleines name wrong)

I had an amazing experience as is possible with getting a root canal. It felt too good to be true. I called on Friday and immediately spoke with a receptionist who helped me book an appointment for Monday morning. While I was nervous at what to expect. Everyone there was so professional and had amazing bed side manner. The Dr explained to me the process of what to expect. I was honestly nervous. While I don't want to have to get any more root canals, if I ever do I would definitely return to the St. Petersburg location. <3

On February 4th, 2026 at 12:45 PM, I walked into Bayside Endodontics and approached the front desk where a young woman was seated. I greeted her first, saying “hello.” She kept her head down, briefly lifted her eyes toward me, and continued using her phone without responding. I spoke again, and it became very clear that she had no interest in acknowledging or assisting me. Shortly after, another woman wearing a pink shirt entered the office from outside. She appeared slightly older, immediately went behind the desk, and assisted me quickly and professionally. What stood out to me was that as other patients entered the office afterward, the first young woman suddenly greeted them promptly and with urgency, which made my experience even more uncomfortable. I don’t take this lightly, and I hate to bring race into the situation, but based on the difference in how I was treated, I genuinely believe racism may have played a role. The initial interaction was so unpleasant that I was on the verge of leaving the office altogether. That said, I want to acknowledge the positives. Getting a root canal sucks! Getting it done by this doctor was as good as it could possibly be. Super clean facility, professional staff, and very friendly. The thing that separated this from my past experiences was the Dr let you know everything he was doing before he did it. He would say this is going to vibrate hard or you are going to feel pressure and other comments to avoid a surprise. He also gave progress reports during this long procedure. He said we are 25% done and he updated it as he went. He didn’t just let me lay there hoping it was over every time he set his tools down. It is difficult to review something that just sucks to have to do, but they are the best! The price of the service was exactly what they told me it would be even though I had to go twice. On top of everything I am vey confident in his work.
